Beudy Bach is a luxurious detached barn conversion, situated on the outskirts of Llanuwchllyn village and can sleep six people in three bedrooms. The cottage has a king-size double bedroom with Juliet balcony, a ground floor king-size double and a ground floor twin. There are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
There is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner. The property also benefits from a utility room and a games room. Outside there is off road parking for three cars, an enclosed patio with hot tub and furniture. Beudy Bach is a wonderful base for your relaxing holiday.

Three bedrooms: 1 x king-size double with Juliet balcony, 1 x ground floor king-size double, 1 x ground floor twin. Bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Ground floor bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC. Open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburner.

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own towels for hot tub. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 4 cars. Bike storage. Enclosed patio with hot tub, furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles.
Note: Due to the bedroom balcony children must be supervised at all times. Note: Children must be supervised at all times when using the hot tub. Note: No hen/stag parties, or similar groups. Note: Private river fishing (mainly trout) on ownerÂ's land can be arranged with owner, free of charge if guests provide own rod licence.
Check in time is 4pm. Please note: Customers are unable to charge their electric vehicles at the property.
