Those with an interest in history will enjoy a visit to the English Heritage site of Pevensey castle. Follow the coastal road to the seaside town of Eastbourne, which is within a 15 minute drive and offers plenty of activities, including a seafront promenade and shops. From the main front door of the property, you will take the stairs leading to the first floor apartment.
