Accessed via an external set of stairs, you will arrive at a welcoming open-plan living area where, in cooler months, you can gather around the warming wood burner effect electric fire.

A double en-suite bedroom is also on this floor, perfect for guests who would prefer to not have a second set of stairs to climb. Open-sided stairs lead down to the ground floor kitchen and dining area where you can gather round for a meal together. It's also the perfect place to prepare some pre-dinner drinks to take up to the balcony, ready to soak up those inspiring sea views. Just behind the beach, you will find interesting walks at Northam Burrows Country Park where you can meet the local wildlife amongst the sand dunes and saltmarshes. The pretty harbour village of Appledore is just under 2 miles from the property and is a perfect spot to sit with an ice cream, watching the boats passing by or you can catch the ferry across to Instow with its great selection of bars and restaurants.
