Seascapes is located within the landmark building Granville Point that overlooks the sea and the north Devon seaside town of Ilfracombe. With unsurpassed views of the sea from the elevated position, the apartment is ideally placed just a short walk downhill towards the town centre, harbour, shops and restaurants and the famous Tunnels Beaches.
Arranged over two floors with three ground floor bedroom the apartment can accommodate five guests. The master benefits from an en-suite shower room and there is a further family bathroom. On the first floor the living space is light and airy with patio doors at each end of the room leading onto seaward facing balconies.
