A day spent here will be full of magic as you explore the woodland, farmland, productive gardens, jungle areas and pleasure grounds – not forgetting a sweet treat from the kitchen and ice cream vans. For a taste of the coast, Mevagissey (6 miles) is a characterful fishing village well worth a visit, with Pentewan Sands just around the corner for a blissful beach day.
