The Boat House is a detached, ancient cottage on two levels in an idyllic location on the bank of the beautiful, tidal River Fowey estuary in St Winnow, on the ownerÂ's working farm and boatyard. It sleeps 6 in three bedrooms - bunks, double and twin. Bright open-plan living/dining room and kitchen area with electric flame-effect fire, floor-to-ceiling window looking over the river and door to garden.
Family shower room. Garden with terrace overlooking the river. Just a few miles away is Lostwithiel with shops, pubs and ancient Restormel Castle to explore.
