The single storey cottage is ideal for anyone with restricted mobility and has two well presented bedrooms, a luxurious shower room, a comfortable living and dining area with a wood burning stove and smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious outdoor area at the rear which can be a real sun-trap where you can sit out and relax or dine under the stars.

In addition, there is parking for up to 2 cars, plus a garage for safely storing diving, walking, cycling and surf equipment. Staying at Jasmine Cottage gives you easy access to two great village pub restaurants, a patisserie/coffee shop which becomes a bistro by night, (booking recommended), as well as a great village store.

A short drive or walk along the coastal path takes you to nearby, bustling Seahouses village from where you can take a boat trip to see the puffins and seals at various times of the year on the Farne Islands. Bamburgh beach, village and Castle are just a short drive, as is the Holy Island of Lindisfarne another must visit! A 25 minute drive takes you to Alnwick Castle and The Alnwick Gardens, one of the world’s most contemporary gardens and another must visit (discounts to both and many more local attractions are available when booking).

In just over 10 minutes you can be on the beach at Low Newton-by-the-sea taking a beach walk to Dunstanburgh Castle or enjoying a drink at the pub and in 20 minutes, you can visit the pretty harbour village of Craster - home of the world famous smoked kippers!
