Sleeping nine across three bedrooms and with a generous living space and garden, your party can enjoy quality time together whilst enjoying their own space. The brightly decorated living space has young people and families in mind, with stylish monochrome elements and splashes of colour in soft furnishings and accessories.

The L-shaped corner sofa offers plenty of room to lounge on in the evening, and the TV/DVD offers you the chance to watch a family film. The kitchen is ideally equipped to feed all the family, with small luxuries such as a coffee machine and a dishwasher, but the property comes alive with its dining conservatory.

With wall-to-wall glass and wide opening bi-fold doors, the dining table simultaneously feels inside and out. On a warm summers evening, opening the folding doors allows you to sit down to a meal whilst the kids have free reign of the large garden with AstroTurf lawn. Alternatively, utilise the built-in stone BBQ pit and relax on the outdoor furniture with one of Dad's famous (burnt) burgers. Less than half a mile away is the extremely popular Sussex location of Camber Sands beach.

Almost 5 miles of sandy beach hugs the coastline here at Camber, and the beach is a popular location for kitesurfing and windsurfing, yet also offers the idyllic sandcastle building opportunities for younger kids. With plenty of shops only a short walk from the property, you won't have to go far to keep everyone happy.

If you do fancy a jaunt out, however, be sure to check out the picturesque town of Rye (5 miles), where you can browse independent shops and cafes on winding cobbled streets. Property only suitable for 4 adults and 3 children. Bunk beds and trundle bed are narrow and not suitable for adults.
