Inside, there's great attention to detail with everything you need to hand. Polruan is set on a steep hill with spectacular views at every turn and charming shops, pubs, and a beach to potter and explore. Across the estuary is Fowey with its wonderful literary and fishing heritage. Step inside the stable door which leads to charming interiors, beautifully decorated with nautical themes.

Kick back and relax on cosy seating in the open-plan living and dining area where you can see colourful boats bobbing about on the river while you make exciting plans for a new day. Enjoy favourite films on the Smart TV and Blu-ray DVD, staying toasty with the warmth of the wood burner. Step through to the kitchen which is compact though fully-equipped to cope with culinary feasts for your hungry sailors and pirate pup.

When slumber falls, you'll find two double bedrooms and a children's bunk bedroom, plus a family bathroom, on the first floor.
