You will also find a WC on the ground floor. After a long day of exploring, take the stairs up to the first floor.

The master bedroom features a super king Hypnos bed and Headboard Workshop Company headboard, ample built-in wardrobe storage, chest of drawers, bedside table, reading lights and en-suite shower room with walk-in grohe rain shower, console sink and WC. The second bedroom is a twin room with two comfortable Silentnight full size single beds, built-in wardrobe, small set of drawers, bedside tables and reading lamps.

The third bedroom offers a small double John Lewis framed bed, table, reading lamp and built-in wardrobe. There is a large family bathroom on the first floor with roll top bath, perfect for a long soak after a day’s exploring the beautiful North Norfolk beaches and coastal paths. With underfloor heating throughout the ground floor and radiators upstairs controlled by HIVE thermostats as well as a log burner in the living room, the cottage is warm and toasty during the cooler months and throughout the year filled with light all day long.

A shingle driveway to the side of the cottage provides private off-road parking for 2 cars. There is a gate to a secure, fully enclosed garden that is safe for dogs and children.
