The Moray Firth is one of the best places in Europe to see dolphins in the wild; a boat-ride out to sea may also provide sightings of some species of whales. The neighbouring pine forests, rivers and lochs are also rich with wildlife, so you may be lucky enough to see otters, ospreys and pine martens.

Despite the secluded and tranquil position of the property, you are only 6.5 miles from the shops and eateries in Elgin and other small villages and towns. You will also find spectacular beaches such as Findhorn and Lossiemouth close by.
