Kitchen/diner. Sitting room. External shared games room with bar. Shared indoor heated pool with shower, basin and WC, available 9am-5pm every day, and other times by prior arrangement as pool is shared with the owners

Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Heated Swimming pool available 9am-5pm every day, and other times by prior arrangement with owners, it is shared with the owners.
Note: Children to be supervised when outside due to unfenced pond. Note: En-suite bathroom in double room is only bathroom in property. Note: Stairs up to children's twin bedroom (full size single beds), the room has low head height so please take care. Note: 3 steps from living area to double bedroom.
