There are plenty of walks from the property, with the Cross Britain Way passing through Arthog, and the walk up to Arthog Waterfalls is less than a mile. One of the most popular spots for a picnic and picturesque views is Cregennan Lakes (2.5 miles), where there are plenty of hiking routes into the hills and breathtaking views of the Mawddach Estuary. This beautiful barn conversion is a delight as soon as you enter, with an entrance hall and staircase leading up to the fabulous lounge/kitchen/diner.

The open-plan living area is full of character with high ceilings, exposed beams, and floor to ceiling windows along the front showcasing the breathtaking views. There are plenty of outdoor activities available with footpaths and cycle routes along the Mawddach Estuary and a beautiful sandy beach at Barmouth (11.5 miles). And for forest walks or mountain biking, Coed y Brenin Forest (12.5 miles) is the perfect choice.
