The accommodation is suitable for 8 adults and two children as the twin bedroom is accessed via an upstairs king bedroom, separated by a curtain and shares the bathroom. Outside has an enclosed lawned garden area with a terrace and furniture provided. BBQ available- please note that charcoal is not supplied.

To avoid a £100 cleaning fee, the BBQ must be thoroughly cleaned after use. Parking is available at the property for three cars. WHILST Fairview Cottage is the ideal property for friends and families. Pets allowed from 1st October 2024 - two well behaved medium sized dogs allowed. NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED AND MAXIMUM 10 GUESTS IN THE PROPERTY OR GARDEN AT ANY TIME.
