4 Dart Marina is a two bedroom townhouse house sleeping up to four people, and is just a short level walk from historic Dartmouth's award-winning restaurants and boutique shops. The property has a master bedroom with 6' bed (can be made in to twin beds on request), with an en suite shower room, plus a second bedroom with King-size bed.
The property also has a family bathroom, a cloakroom, a state-of-the-art kitchen and an elegant lounge/dining area with fabulous French doors leading to the terrace.Accommodation Summary
Two-storey townhouse. Two bedrooms: 1 x King-size (which can be set up as twins on request) with en suite shower room with large shower cubicle with rainhead shower, w.c., wash-hand basin, heated towel rail, and shaver point.
1 x King-size bed. Additional family bathroom with Kaldewei bath, shower (over), w.c., wash-hand basin, heated towel rail and shaver point. Kitchen/dining/living room with good-sized terrace with table and chairs. Please note that the beds can be made as super king size or twin. Requests for these must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Poggenpohl units and stone worktops, integrated Smeg appliances including four-ring gas range-style oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine and microwave.
Smart TV, Blu-ray DVD player, sound system with speakers in each room. Wifi. Gas fired central heating and hot water. Integrated Lutron mood lighting throughout. All bed linen and bath/hand towels are supplied. You will need to bring your own tea towels beach towels and oven gloves. Strictly No Smoking
