Plenty of idyllic walks lie at your doorstep, such as the National Trust property Watersmeet 2.5 miles away, and the Valley of the Rocks which is less than a mile away.

Here the coastline is also renowned for its gorgeous beaches, such as Woolacombe, Saunton and Croyde which are all within 25 miles as well the South West Coast Path along which is dotted a plethora of quaint villages to stop in for a bite to eat.
