The dining room is just as special thanks to its ornate Victorian fireplace and original wooden flooring. In the kitchen, you’ll find a beautiful range oven plus a dishwasher and breakfast bar.

There’s also a handy utility room with washer and dryer plus access to one of the property’s three bathrooms. The other two are located upstairs alongside three well-considered bedrooms – a king-size and a twin which both feature Victorian fireplaces and sea views, plus a further twin.

Outside, a bright conservatory opens out onto a patio and three terraced lawns. And if a games room with table football and pool table wasn’t enough, there’s also everything you need for badminton, croquet and lawn bowls. The garage has parking space for two cars. After the family games, wander down to Charmouth Beach and visit the Heritage Coast Centre for an amazing display of fossils, wildlife and even a sea dragon!
