Exploring further, the kitchen/diner is an ideal space for preparing and sharing your favourite family meals. Going upstairs, there are four cosy bedrooms. There's a super king-size zip-and-link which can be made up as a twin room on request, a twin room, a single and a king-size room with an en-suite wet room.

Stepping outside, you can unwind in the pretty garden which overlooks the beach and features a fully enclosed lawn and a patio area with garden furniture. From Instow, you can cross the Torridge Estuary via a small passenger ferry to the quaint fishing village of Appledore. Ideal for accessing the Tarka Trail and the South West Coast Path, Instow is also great for visiting the beautiful beaches of Croyde (15 miles), Saunton (13 miles) and Westward Ho! (5 miles).
