Large groups of friends or family will love staying at this contemporary barn conversion in a traditional Dorset village. The home sleeps ten guests over five bedrooms and is situated within a gated holiday complex with access to a shared swimming pool and other leisure facilities. You’ll be close to Charmouth Beach and well located to explore more of the Jurassic Coast on foot or by car. This house has been designed with socialising in mind.

The spacious kitchen is very well equipped and has plenty of room to cook and prepare food for all ten guests. There’s also a breakfast table here, ideal for getting together and planning your days over a cup of coffee. An open-plan lounge and diner has French doors opening up onto the private and enclosed patio garden.

The master bedroom has an en-suite and its own TV, perfect for those wanting to take some time out from the group. All guests can access the holiday park next door which has an outdoor swimming pool, cafe, gym, indoor pool, sauna and steam room. Nearby is the wonderful seaside town of Lyme Regis (4.5 miles), with its wide range of shops, pubs and restaurants.

The stretch of beaches between Charmouth and Lyme Regis are all very beautiful and mostly unspoilt. Hop in the cars and head over the border to Crealy Theme Park and Resort (30 miles). It’s a great family day out with rollercoasters, water slides, live shows and a zoo. For those who prefer a slower pace, the area is brimming with walks, National Trust land such as the Golden Cap, and quaint villages to visit such as Beer.
