This stylish property is located in a lovely quiet village yet is perfectly situated for exploring nearby tourist attractions. The Eden Project and the nearest beach are just 2 miles away. The magnificent and modern kitchen has an original fireplace with an oil stove fire.

There is also a table here, ideal for evening meals or morning coffees while planning your day. Head through to the lounge and enjoy the bright and airy space in front of a warming wood burner. Upstairs are the two bedrooms with views over the garden and a spacious bathroom. The spectacular garden has a patio area with garden furniture and a BBQ for dining alfresco.

There is also an outside WC, perfect for spending an evening together in the garden. Children can have a kick about on the lawn or enjoy the swinging chair or tree swing. A mainline rail station is situated nearby which means you don't need to have a car to explore the area. The breathtaking Eden Project is just 2 miles from here with the neighbouring Hangloose Adventure, where you can take part in ziplining, aerial trekking and other exhilarating activities.

There are plenty of picturesque fishing villages and secluded coves to discover too such as Fowey (5 miles) and Mevagissey (10 miles). Keen walkers can join the pilgrimage route, Saint's Way, it runs from Padstow to Fowey and features ancient footbridges and medieval churches.
