The popular Tarka Trail and North Devon Coast Path run right by the property, making this an ideal location for keen walkers and cyclists. Two miles away is the sandy beach at Westward Ho!, where you’ll find plenty to do, including paddleboarding, surfing and boat trips.

The picturesque village has a few restaurants and shops to enjoy too. Market town Bideford is 1.5 miles from here, with access via boat to Lundy and more choices for eating and drinking. Take a walk down the quayside to reach the town and park, which includes a small paddling pool and playground equipment.
