Head in to the kitchen/diner, where you'll find everything you’ll need to cook a meal for the family. The kitchen comprises an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, under counter fridge, microwave, coffee machine and washing machine. Heading up the stairs and to the left you'll find the bedrooms in the eaves, with exposed beams and plenty of storage space. Both are king-size bedrooms (one of which can be made up as a twin 2ft 6” twin on request). The contemporary family bathroom has a shower over the bath, sink and WC. Nestled in a peaceful countryside setting, this property is anything but isolated.

Less than 0.25 miles away is the local village shop and for all the amenities you could possibly need, the market town of Launceston can be reached in 6 miles. The historic fishing village of Boscastle is 14 miles from the doorstep, while the legendary ruins of Tintagel Castle are 15 miles away and a must-visit during your stay: the dramatic views and scenery here are simply unforgettable.
