Three Bedrooms: 1x King with en-suite shower room, sink and W/C, 1x double bedroom with bedside drawers and fitted cupboards and 1 x twin bedroom with bedside drawers and fitted cupboards.
Family bathroom with over bath thermostatic shower and screen, hand basin and W/C. fully equipped fitted kitchen with island breakfast bar and dining table with 6 chars, living room with two seater fabric sofa plus 4 seater fabric corner sofa and feature alcove fireplace with electric log burner effect fire.
The deck is fenced and gated and a stand is provided for a BBQ but please bring your own disposable BBQ. .Facilities
Full gas central heating. Gas hob and electric oven, combi microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine,50" smart TV/DVD player player with Sky channel access (including Sports & Cinema).
Travel cot and highchair are provided for you (please bring your own bedding). Fuel and power included in rent. Bed linen and towels incl in rent, please bring your own beach/leisure towels. Parking immediately to the front of the lodge for 2-3 cars. Please note, charging of electric vehicles is not permitted in this lodge, The nearest charging point can be found at Booths Supermarket in Windermere.

Broad Larch Lodge has limited access to wifi, WiFi is for personal use only and is not intended for high data usage, gaming and/or use for business purposes, This is only suitable for page browsing and sending emails, Bookings cannot be accepted if they are solely reliant on the provision of uninterrupted and unlimited Wi-Fi and we are not held responsible or liable for loss of connection.

Please note that Fallbarrow Park does not allow boats to be stored next lodges, and boats are not allowed on Park.
