Completing this floor is a stylish bathroom with a bath and shower. Upstairs is the colourful and bright open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. Cook up delicious meals in the practical kitchen, which boasts a sociable breakfast bar.

Eat together or play games around the dining table, before settling down on the comfortable sofas and admiring the far-reaching views over the village and Cardigan Bay. A separate snug area with a TV, DVD player, and cosy bean bags, is great for the children of the group to play together.
