The property is also just 2.5 miles from the literary town of Hay-on-Wye.

The stylish studio sits within the grounds of the owner's home, surrounded by a leafy garden. Inside, take off coats and boots in the hallway, before moving through to the open-plan living space. The studio is bathed in natural light, thanks to skylights in the vaulted ceiling, and features cute accessories and homely touches.

In one corner is a galley-style kitchen area with everything needed to rustle up dinners for two, which you can share at the cute dining table. In the evenings, snuggle up on the sofa to watch the Smart TV, or read a book or play a game from the selection provided. To the rear of the studio is a comfortable double bed, and completing the property is a well-appointed, separate shower room.

Outside, enjoy the peace and tranquillity in the enclosed garden, where you'll find outdoor furniture and a BBQ. Guests are also welcome to explore the surrounding grounds. Hay-on-Wye is a beautiful, historic town with plenty to see and do. The town is known for its extensive collection of book shops, but you'll also find a fabulous array of independent boutiques, galleries, craft stores, and antique shops to explore.

The River Wye runs through the town, and you can take relaxing strolls along the river bank or head down to The Warren for a picnic or a spot of wild swimming. The Wye Valley Walk and Offa's Dyke Trail pass nearby, offering excellent long-distance walking options.
