The kitchen/diner is a place to prepare and enjoy hearty breakfasts, brunches and lunches. For grander dinners, and even a spot of supper, the welcoming dining room opposite will set the mood perfectly. Many a film will be watched, glasses refilled, and sofa snuggles sought in the lounge, which benefits from a dual-aspect wood burner and plenty of natural light pouring in through bi-fold doors which beg to be thrown open in summer.

A handy utility room sits nearby, as does a shower room, a separate bathroom and two king-size bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms. Upstairs, a twin bedroom sits close to another family bathroom – this one with his and hers sinks and a large copper bath overlooking the garden through switchable privacy glass.
