This pretty property was once a chapel. Its renovation now makes it a wonderful base for a big family or friend reunion. Sleeping eight people across four bedrooms, this house has plenty of space for everyone to relax while the surrounding areas provide many options for entertainment. Look out over the village from the chapel windows or snuggle by the wood burner in the dual-aspect lounge.

You'll notice lots of period and original features from the moment you step into the property's porch. You can leave any outerwear here before heading to the main open-plan living area which comprises the kitchen, lounge and diner all in one spacious, impressive room. The kitchen has everything you should need to feed a large crowd, with plenty of worktops for food preparation and a wine fridge for cooling your favourite tipple.

Once you've created your huge feasts, everyone can sit at the large dining table which features some traditional church pews for some real character. Outside of mealtimes, you can head to the seating area with sofas situated around the wood burner which can help take the edge off chillier nights. There's a Smart TV here too.

For two of the bedrooms, you need to go to the lower ground floor. There's a king-size room on this floor and a twin too. These rooms share a shower room, and have access to the garden. Up on the first floor, the property's second king-size room can be found, while there is another twin which has a TV and an Xbox.

This second twin is a zip-and-link bed so it can be converted into a super-king-size depending on your needs. The rooms on this floor have exposed wooden beams thanks to being in the eaves of the house. Outside, the chapel's garden features a patio while the rest of the land is enclosed. The patio is a great place to sit to enjoy the views of the village and countryside, whilst having a BBQ and simply relaxing in the great outdoors.
