Ground Floor: Entrance hallway, Lounge, Kitchen/Dining area, Bedroom 5: Twin bedroom (two 3 foot wide beds), access to the quad shower room and separate WC with access from the corridor and bedroom 5, Adjoining garage with internal and external access, Separate WC and laundry room, Terrace and garden.
First Floor: Bedroom 2: King bedroom (5 foot wide bed) with en-suite shower room, at the front of the house, Bedroom 3: King bedroom (5 foot wide bed) at the back of the house, overlooks - the garden, Bedroom 4: Smaller bedroom with a double bed (4'6 wide) is pushed against the wall so single use is more comfortable but can accommodate two guests at the front of the house, Family bathroom with basin, WC and bath with overhead shower.
Second Floor: Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with super king bed (6 foot wide), storage and a desk, private balcony overlooks the estuary and garden, En-suite with freestanding modern roll-top style bath and separate stand up shower.Facilities
