Beautifully finished throughout, the stylish, dog-friendly abode is just 600 metres from beautiful Bannau Brycheiniog, also known as the Brecon Beacons National Park, and makes a spectacular setting for an extended family stay or celebration with friends. Make your way inside to gather in the lounge in front of a roaring wood burner.

Play group games in here, watch the TV and open the doors to the garden on summer days so everyone can spill outside. Prepare hearty feasts through in the huge kitchen/diner, where there is a large table for everyone to gather round. Challenge each other to tournaments in the games room. There is a utility room downstairs, plus a study and a WC.

At the end of each fabulous day away with your friends and family, head upstairs to discover the enticing bedrooms, which are arranged over the first and second floors. These include a super-king, with a dressing room and en-suite bathroom, three doubles and a twin. There are also two family bathrooms.

Spend time in Hay, 3.5 miles away, browsing in the book and other shops, pausing in cafes and tea rooms and hiring canoes so you can paddle out along the River Wye.

Venture into Bannau Brycheiniog to follow a myriad of trails or pick up scenic Offa’s Dyke Path which runs along the border between Wales and England.
