Note: There is no parking with the property as it is town centre based, however ample long term and free overnight parking is available at the town hall Sand Gate and Drovers Lane car park (short walk from property).
Note: Please DO NOT obstruct or park on the gated driveway to the left hand side of The Oaks Cottage as this is private land is not part of this property. Note: There is a £100 good housekeeping bond.
