The house is on an acre of land, with alpaca, ponies, sheep, and pygmy goats in neighbouring fields.

Explore the rich history Tutbury Castle (8.5 miles) where Mary Queen of Scots was imprisoned, visit Ashbourne (6 miles) to do a spot of shopping, or pick up the Tissington Trail, a pretty walking and cycling route. Bakewell is 24 miles away, where you'll find outdoor shops, and cafes.

For adrenaline seekers, you can go rock climbing and horse riding throughout the Peaks, and paddleboarding at Carsington Water (10.5 miles). The UK's biggest theme park, Alton Towers, is 16 miles away.
