For those looking to stretch their legs and take advantage of the hundreds of miles of picturesque walks, the South Downs National Park can be found within 15 miles.

The charming village of Wickham is located around 2.5 miles west and boasts an array of independent retailers, an impressive selection of eateries and a variety of pubs and wine bars; ideal for couples looking to experience the immediate area; with taxis being available from the location. A covered entrance porch leads through into a welcoming entrance hall, with doors leading through into the impressive open-plan kitchen/living area; the kitchen is well-equipped with everything you could need for a restful stay.

The lounge features two cosy sofas and television; whilst there is a bright and airy conservatory, complete with log burner, playing host to the dining table and chairs. The bathroom is fitted with separate shower cubicle and bath. There are two bedrooms, one featuring a double bed plus handy wardrobe space; whilst the smaller bedroom presents twin beds and ample hanging space.

The property can be accessed towards the end of a long lane; which leads into the farm yard. A wonderful garden can be found to one side, with lovely views across the paddocks beyond – an ideal spot for equestrian enthusiasts to unwind whilst enjoying a good book with a view to match. With garden furniture and a BBQ, this space is designed for both relaxation and outdoor dining during the summer months.
