It is politely requested that there is no smoking in any part of the property including the front and rear gardens.
Shop 0.3 miles, pub 0.4 miles, beach 1.1 miles. Note: Please keep dogs downstairs. Note: There are 5 steps up to the front patio area with a handrail and 1 more to the front door porch; please take care. Note: There is also access to the back garden from the car parking area, down 5 steps to the back door with 2 hand rails.
Please Note:There have recently been new security cameras installed at the property. These are at the front door and back gate but will be inactive and not recording during your stay. They are only for use when the property is empty.
