Par consists of a first-floor open-plan living space with a kitchen with electric fan-assisted oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine, dining seating for four, and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms are on the ground floor and both zip/link and consist of a super-king-size with en-suite shower and a twin, along with a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC.
Outside there is a rear fully enclosed patio with lazylawn and furniture, plus a communal lawn with furniture and barbecue area. Ample off-road parking. Four, well-behaved pets welcome, more than four must be approved by the owner first. Within 1.7 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub and a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property.
