The bedrooms include a king-size (zip/link) with TV and en-suite shower and a king-size with TV.
Outside, a parking permit is provided for one car. Within 1.1 miles or less there is a shop, pub and beach and please note, two pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 8 Above Town is a fantastic retreat to Devon. Note: 28 steps to access the apartment, not suitable for those with limited mobility.
Accommodation Summary
Second-floor apartment. Two bedrooms: The rear with a king-size bed (zip/link, can be twin on request), Smart TV and en-suite walk-in shower and basin and the front with one king-size bed with Smart TV, Alexa beside speaker and inbuilt storage. Bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC.
Cloakroom with basin and WC. Kitchen. Living/dining room. Please note that the beds can be made as super king size or twin. Requests for these must be made at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.

Gas central heating. Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and smoothie maker.
3 x Smart TVs and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Parking permit for 1 car for use in an unallocated space in the town centre car park.Please note that it is not available during the August Regatta. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 0.1 miles, beach 1.1 miles.
