Head down to the games room for a round of pool, table tennis, air hockey or table football and for young ones, there's a swing and see-saw.

Dark wood beams stretch across the ceiling of the bright kitchen/diner, and a fireplace in the lounge sets the scene for a cosy evening. Comfy, traditional farmhouse-style furniture and exposed stone throughout gives a nostalgic, homely feel. A holiday in the South West would not be complete without a trip to the coast.

Drive just shy of 10 miles down to the wide sandy Seaton Beach in Looe for snorkelling and rockpooling. This crescent stretch of coast provides views of rural greenery and sloping rockfaces. In fair weather, a small passenger boat makes the trip across to Looe Island. Sail over and take part in a guided tour to spot grey seals and great black-backed gulls.

The famous Eden Project is just over 20 miles away too.
