Outside, there is a non-enclosed front patio with furniture, barbecue, and hot tub, a non-enclosed shared lawn, plus off-road parking for three cars.

Single-storey eco-friendly home oozing character with a vaulted ceiling open-plan living space comprising kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Three spacious bedrooms with French doors opening to the garden: 1 x king with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, and WC, 2 x king with shared use of bathroom with opulent freestanding bath, walk-in shower, handheld shower, basin, WC and 65" TV.

All bedrooms also have a 40" WiFi connected smart TV. Hot tub (£50.00 fee per week) please request this at the time of booking, patio and garden.

Off-road parking for 3 cars. Patio with furniture, barbecue and a hot tub with built-in light and music functionality (£50.00 fee per week) please request this at the time of booking. Shared lawn (not enclosed). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 2.1 miles, pub 1.6 miles. Note: The bedroom with the en-suite is on the same level as the living area, the other two bedrooms are a few steps down from the open-plan living space.
