Crabtree is a welcoming, single-storey cottage set in a central courtyard location on the Graythwaite Estate near Hawkshead in the Lake District. With two bedrooms including one double with en-suite and one twin, the cottage can sleep four people. There's also a family bathroom, a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with a woodburner.
Outside, there is ample parking available off road, plus a shared patio with furniture and BBQ. With shared use of the estate's extensive grounds and wonderful on-site facilities including an indoor heated pool, trout fishing lake and a children's play area, Crabtree offers guests a welcoming holiday home for your next getaway in the Lakes.Accommodation Summary

Shared use of estate grounds and facilities inc. indoor heated swimming pool, table tennis room (please bring your own racquets and balls). Sorry, no smoking. Shops 4 miles, pubs 2 miles. Water from private supply, fed from freshwater lake. To avoid disappointment, we recommend booking Graythwaite Adventure in advance.
Graythwaite fishery is free for all guests and equipment can be hired locally, a small fee is applicable to keep your catch, rod fishing license required. Mobile phone signal may be limited due to the location of the property. Please Note: Property is located below Ref 914057. Please Note: This property has a £100 Good Housekeeping Bond.
The swimming pool can be booked for 45 minute private sessions, All guests can pre-book up to a maximum of 3 swimming slots ( or 2 slots for short stays 2 and 3 nights ) 7 days prior to arrival by contacting [email protected] (Please bring swim towels, as the towels provided are only for use in the property).
