Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with terrace and furniture, and off-road parking for two cars.
One well-behaved dog welcome, but sorry, no smoking. You will find a shop within 0.3 miles, and a pub within 1.6 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The Cosy View is a lovely base for exploring Paignton and Dartmoor National Park. Note: Electric fire not in use.

Enclosed rear garden with terrace and furniture. Worker/business/company bookings welcome. Walkers, cyclists, golfers, sports groups welcome. Two small well-behaved dogs also welcome, but we do request that they do not go on furniture or upstairs in the carpeted areas. Dog bowls and toys are available.
Property is approx 2.5 miles from Paignton Railway station and the beach. Wifi, Gas central heating, power, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles, pub 1.6 miles. Note: The electric fire is not in use. Please note there is CCTV outside the property for security at front and rear but guests can laisie with the owner pre arrival if they prefer to have it stwitched off during their stay.
