Holly Lodge is a cottage on the edge of the town of Appleby-in-Westmorland just fourteen miles from Penrith. The cottage sleeps seven people in three bedrooms and has two double bedrooms and one bedroom with three single beds together with family bathroom and separate shower room. Also in the cottage is a fitted kitchen with dining area and sitting area with woodburner.
Outside is off road parking for three cars and a private patio with furniture. Situated close to the Pennine range, Holly Lodge is a lovely family cottage from which to explore this delightful part of the country.Accommodation Summary

Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: Pond in shared garden, care should be taken.
