Ysgubor Las is a barn conversion close to the town of Dolgellau, just eight miles from Fairbourne. The cottage sleeps four people in one double bedroom, one twin, together with family shower room. Also in the cottage is an open pan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric stove and sofa bed.
Outside is off road parking for four cars and a private lawned garden with patio and furniture. Situated in the heart of southern Snowdonia, Ysgubor Las is a lovely family holiday cottage all year round.Accommodation Summary
Two ground floor bedrooms: 1 x double, 1 x twin. Ground floor shower room with shower, basin and WC.
First floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with sofa bed (for use by a child only), electric stove and balcony. Ground floor conservatory with TV. Starting from 2023, the owner is happy for guests to bring their horses to the property, Facilities such as stables, a riding school and hacking facilities will be provided.
