Court House is a lovely detached cottage situated in the village of Solva just three miles from St Davids in Pembrokeshire. The cottage can sleep five people in one double bedroom and two singles as well as a family bathroom and ground floor cloakroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area, dining room with woodburner and a sitting room and a conservatory.
Outside is off road parking for three cars and a lawned garden with patio and furniture. Court House is a delightful cottage in a lovely part of the country.Accommodation Summary

Sorry no smoking. Shop 1 mile, pubs, restaurants and coast 5 mins walk. Note: Gated exit in rear garden to river so children must be supervised. Note: Stone steps down to cottage from parking area. Note: Narrow stairs inside cottage with low beam above staircase. Note: Conservatory is accessed by external door.
Note: Low front doorway, care should be taken.
