Bobbin Cottage is a beautifully-presented, traditional Grade II listed terraced cottage in the historic village of Cromford, Derbyshire and can sleep two people. There is a king-size double bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting room with a woodburner and dining area. Outside there is unrestricted parking in the roadside pull-off outside the property on a first come, first served basis.
No garden but small seating area available, off path shared by cottages in terrace (see picture). No bike storage at property so bikes would need to be left in the car. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops, pubs and restaurants 3 mins walk. Note: The cottage is on the B5036 road so there is road noise especially at peak times, but property benefits from secondary double glazing and blanket lined curtains to minimise this, however, some noise may still be heard.
