The downstairs consists of a generous open-plan living space with a wood burner at its centre and plenty of comfortable seating to be used at mealtimes, during games nights and whilst unwinding on the sofa. Upstairs, two bedrooms sit alongside a refreshing bathroom. As well as all of the shared facilities around the property, the house benefits from its private garden accessible via French doors and furnished for outdoor dining.

The property is surrounded by beautiful forestry with mystical woodlands and walking routes from your doorstep, allowing you to leave the car behind and really get stuck into a Dartmoor adventure. Your nearest pub is around 0.5 miles away, a great final destination for any walk in the surrounding fields.

Explore the Kennick Reservoir just 2.5 miles away or the fabulous Canonteign Falls (2.5 miles), the highest waterfall in the South West. Nearby Bovey Tracey (2.5 miles) invites you to spend the day moseying around its picturesque streets, as do Newton Abbot (8.5 miles) and the seaside town of Teignmouth (12 miles).
