The property has lovely views looking out across miles of open fields carved by the Great Brook meandering to join the River Thames. There is an array of local shops, pubs, restaurants, a mile down the road, in the bustling village of Bampton, which was the film set for Downton Abbey. Just 4 miles away sits the historic market town of Witney offering a wider choice of local amenities and a weekly market.

Walkers and cyclists are spoilt for choice with footpaths and cycle ways from the doorstep leading along open fields to picturesque Cotswold villages and historic coaching inns. With Oxford, Burford and Abington, just 12 miles away, you can enjoy the best of both worlds. Retreat in the spacious country style lounge/ dining room and snuggle up on the sofa with a glass of wine and a good book or a movie.
