Outside there is a rear enclosed patio with astroturf and furniture, plus a communal lawn with two seat hammock, football nets and barbecue area. Off-road ample parking. Four, well-behaved pets welcome, more than four must be approved by the owner first. Within 1.4 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub and a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property.
