It is only 1 mile from the beach at Sandy Bay and is set on the outskirts of the beautiful rural village of Berrynarbor. The ground floor is almost entirely dedicated to a vast open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area.

The kitchen area is especially attractive as exposed beams are integrated into a contemporary design that features recessed downlighting as well as double skylights and stunning tile work. The kitchen has access to the outdoor dining area, for those who enjoy an evening under the stars. A bright bathroom with a shower over bath can also be found on the ground floor.

This charming cottage will make every moment a pleasure, whether you share morning coffees under the skylight or cosy evenings on the sofa. An open-tread wooden staircase takes you to the mezzanine-level king-size bedroom that overlooks the living room and features a skylight with gorgeous views of the countryside. As well as Berrynarbor, the village of Combe Martin is within walking distance (1.5 miles) and offers a quaint seaside experience with five pubs to choose from.

A larger seaside resort can be found at Ilfracombe just 6 miles west of the farm. Not only does Ilfracombe offer traditional seaside amusements, but it also has its own aquarium and a harbour providing boat trips for seal-spotting and cave exploration on Lundy Island.
