Note: There is currently a water stain on the lounge ceiling due to a leak in the Chimney, the owner is working to have this repaired but has not affected use of the property.

Off road parking for 2 cars. Patio area to front with furniture and lawned garden to rear. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 5 mins walk. Lochside 10 mins walk.
