Two well-behaved pets welcome. There is an adjacent non accessible farm field that occasionally has rotating bulls or sheep. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 5 mins walk. There is a Housekeeping Bond of £200.00. Please refrain from charging elec vehicles, elec charging points are at Corwyn Rhug Estate Farm approx 5 minutes away.
