The View is a delightful single storey bungalow is situated on the ownerÂ's working farm in beautiful rural Devon, two miles from the bustling village of Hartland and can sleep four people in one double bedroom with en-suite and one twin room. There is a family shower room. The rest of the property contains a kitchen with dining area and a sitting room with sea views.
To the outside there is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed lawned garden with decking outside and seating area complete with furniture for 4 guests.The View is a lovely rural retreat, ideal for families and couples looking to explore the coast and countryside of Devon.Accommodation Summary

Two bedrooms: 1 x King size bed with en-suite P-shaped bath, shower over, basin and WC and veranda, 1 x twin. Shower room with shower, basin and WC. Kitchen with dining area. Sitting room with electric fire.

Enclosed lawned garden with decking outside and seating area complete with furniture for 4 guests. . Two well-behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles.
Note: There are four steps to access the property, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: There is livestock nearby, pets must be supervised at all times. Note: No BBQ's to be used on site.
